RETURN CONDITIONS
At Melle D, we are committed to guaranteeing the quality of our products and your satisfaction. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products in the "Accessories" category, including jewelry, bags, clutches, scarves, and the "Last Chance" category.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your clothing or footwear purchase, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
We commit to processing your return promptly and issuing a refund via the payment method used for the purchase, to provide you with the best possible experience.
In accordance with article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we wish to inform you that initial shipping costs are not refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Indeed, our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you accepted when placing your order, clearly state that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This information, communicated before purchase, allows us not to refund initial shipping costs, in accordance with current regulations.
To return your purchase:
For any return under the right of withdrawal, the following procedure must be fully respected:
The Customer must declare their return from the customer area, under the MY ORDERS section, and include the received email with the parcel along with the order number; no return can be accepted without this document.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their tag and any accessories, in their original condition to the following address: Boutique Melle D - 22 rue de Brest - 69002 Lyon- FRANCE at your expense.
To make an exchange:
- State the reason for the exchange.
- Insert your order email with the order number into your return package.
- Send your package to the following address:

It is preferable to use the Colissimo service. Feel free to provide the tracking number in your customer area. Return fees are not covered, except for errors on our part such as: defective item (quality control performed before shipping).
- The customer must retain proof of shipment.
- Returns not received without proof cannot be refunded.
After the legal period of 28 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to refund unreturned items.

Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the package and subject to availability.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. You can choose your preferred packaging, however, it is essential that items are returned to us in good condition.
Refund:
We will process your refund or send your exchange within 14 days of receiving your package at the warehouse. We do not notify customers of the receipt of returns before processing them. You can verify this using the package/tracking number provided by the carrier you used to send your package.
